Return Policy
We have a 24 hrs return policy for domestic orders and a 24 hrs return policy for international orders. This means you have 24 hrs after receiving your item domestically, or 24 hrs for international orders, to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns:
• Items must be in the same condition that you received them: unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
• Receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Return Process:

  1. To exchange or return a product, email us at info@pouranicsilks.com with your order ID and reason for the exchange/return.
  2. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping address and instructions on how and where to send your package.
  3. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
    Damages and Issues:
    • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
    • Note: Thread pulls on Narayanpet cotton sarees / Khadi are common on handloom sarees and not considered damage.
    • Hand-painted floral sarees may have varying flower sizes due to the nature of hand-painted work.
    Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:
    • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) cannot be returned.
    • Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
    • For damages or different products received, we will exchange the products.
    Exchanges:
    • The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.

    Refund Policy
    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days for domestic orders and 10 business days for international orders. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund (typically 6-9 days).
